Since my network is not connected to the Internet, I choose option2, over the telephone. In the activation wizard window I can choose the language, but in step 2, the installation id has this, 'installation id', that's it, no numbers. And step 3 is greyed out. Also another thing, I do get an error code 0x8007232b sometimes when I open up an office app. I also notice in my Application Event log that there is an Error Event ID 8200: Office Software Protection Platform Service: License acquisition failure details.
